Forklift Quote King ("Forklift Quote King," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you visit forkliftquoteking.com (the "Site") or use our free forklift quote-matching service (the "Service"), and explains the privacy rights and choices available to you. Forklift Quote King operates a free lead-matching service that connects businesses and individuals seeking to buy or rent forklifts and related material-handling equipment with third-party dealers, sellers, and rental providers ("Dealers"). We are not a forklift dealer, manufacturer, lender, or rental company. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and Service. It does not apply to the privacy practices of Dealers or other third parties, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
We collect several categories of information in order to operate the Service:
Information you provide directly. When you complete a quote request, contact form, or otherwise communicate with us, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, business name (if applicable), telephone number, email address, ZIP code or location, and details about the equipment you need — such as forklift type, capacity, condition (new or used), whether you wish to buy or rent, and any comments you add.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view and links you click, the dates and times of your visits, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address.

We use the information we collect to: connect you with one or more Dealers who can provide the quotes you requested; respond to your inquiries and follow up regarding your request; operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Site and Service; analyze usage and measure the performance of our content and marketing; detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required by law (for example, under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation), we process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
The central purpose of the Service is to share your quote request with Dealers so they can prepare quotes for you. By submitting a request, you authorize us to share the details you provide with one or more Dealers in our network, who may contact you directly by phone, email, or text message regarding your request.
We may also disclose information: to service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as website hosting, data analytics, and communications), under obligations of confidentiality; to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service or protect the rights, property, or safety of Forklift Quote King, our users, or others; and in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business. We do not sell your personal information for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how visitors interact with our pages, and measure marketing performance. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining until they expire or are deleted). When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and request a copy of your information in a portable format. Marketing choices. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to text messages, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you communications related to a request you submitted.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments in this area.
We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States.
